Rosaleen Duffy will be co-convening and presenting at a panel with Jan Selby (University of Sussex) at BISA 2017.
Jared Margulies and Francis Masse will be joining the BIOSEC team in October 2017 and January 2018 respectively. The fellowships will investigate how framing of environmental crime and security is influencing responses to illegal wildlife trade in both source & end-user countries.
We are seeking two post-doctoral researchers with an interest in biodiversity, illegal wildlife trade and security issues to join our high profile ERC-funded project from September 2017 - August 2020.

Professor Duffy addressed the Trade Committee (INTA) of the European Parliament on 9 Nov 2016, making recommendations on how the EU can support sustainable & legitimate trade - as well as more effectively tackle the trade in illegal wildlife products.
Professor Duffy presented a paper at the Trinity International Development Initiative on 17 February 2017.
Conference took place at the University of Sheffield on 18-19 Nov 2016.
